Our community's water meters are read each month. Please contact our office for any additional information.
Payments are due upon receipt. Payments must be paid in full. A late fee of $15.00 will be applied if payments are not received by the 15th of the month before close of business day. To avoid disconnects, payments must be received in office on the 15th before close of business day. If the 15th is on a weekend or holiday please remit the working day before.
OFFICE HOURS: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
Lunch 12:00 - 1:00 pm
All Business must conducted with the owner of property. (Deed Holder) Renters must deal with owners. Walston Springs Water will not be responsible with any money’s left at WSW or sent to WSW from their renters. Walston Springs Water does not deal with the property renters. Please do not ask.
